I put it in the Science Fiction area because the technologies I am interested in are classified as Science Fiction by my father... a PhD Chemical Engineer of the old school. I am a B.S. Chemical Engineer and work as a Secondary Science Teacher which gives me time to think and experiment, but not a lot of money to do it with...

Stephen Horvath - Listed as living in Australia - He patented a carburetor that ran a 1979 V8 engine on water. I have been unable to locate him or the company he licensed his invention to...
